2006 Musician's Seminar
Annual West Coast Salsa Congress:
Each year Albert Torres Productions, Inc. holds the world’s largest Salsa Congress. Young dancers from around the globe are invited, all-expenses paid, to perform and attend the congress. The congress, which is attended by over 30,000 people, provides a safe environment for these children to display their talents and live out their dreams of being on stage.

Salsa Music Seminar:
This event that takes place four days before the Annual West Coast Salsa Congress. During the four-day seminar, students meet with internationally renowned musicians for individual lessons and group practice sessions as well as master classes. The seminar culminates in a grand concert appearance by the participants at the opening night of the Salsa Congress. 2004 Grammy Award winner and 2005 Latin Grammy nominee Oscar Hernandez of Spanish Harlem Orchestra is the musical director of this program.

Dia Festival Cultural:
This festival is a free event that provides the local community a fun and exciting environment with activities centering on native music, dance, food, and arts and crafts. The purpose of the festival is to create an environment in which respect for different cultures is promoted and passed on to our youth.

Inner-city youth dance program:
This year Baile De Los Niños, Inc. proposes to jump-start a dance program for inner-city youth. Over the course of 10 weeks, students will learn about Ballroom and Latin dances including Mambo, Cha-Cha, Swing, Fox Trot, Tango, and Waltz. The purpose of this program is to encourage young people to express themselves through dance while learning to interact and communicate with one another on common ground, the dance floor. The positive mental effects of dance and exercise make this program truly valuable.

Endowment Fund:
EDUCATION:
Baile De Los Niños, Inc. also provides underprivileged students with yearly scholarships for education expenses including tuition. These funds will be used at selected schools that will enhance the students’ futures. Grants are also given to help our youth return to school, graduate high school, and pursue higher education.

HEALTHCARE:
In 2004-2005, a program was instituted to raise money to meet special healthcare needs of young artists requiring financial aid.
